건강보험법 통과, 36개월 내 시행령 만들고 Chip을 넣는다

H.R. 3200 HEALTHCARE BILL
As of Sunday, march 21, the Healthcare bill was passed. It is Senate bill that will be sent to obama to be signed into law. The bill is H.R 3200 and IT ABSOLUTELY DOES CONTAIN THE MANDATORY CHIPING OF US CITIZANS.

As of this writing [November 2009] the healthcare bill [H.R.3200] has passed the house and awaits the Senate [in a different form]. Much debate and speculation surrounds this but at the end of day, some form of this bill will pass. The implications and fallout from this bill going into law are staggering and evil. Contributing in a large way to the collapse of the dollar and our country as know it is only one aspect. Some of the most scary and very real aspects of this bill, suchas end of life panels “Death Panels” will become a standard.

[주] 1001~1008 페이지에서 의료기기를 ‘Device’라 하였습니다. Device는 이식할 수 있는 기구, 칩이라는 제품까지도 포함되는 단어입니다.

Why would the government use the word "surveillance" when referring to citizens? The definition of "surveillance" is the monitoring of the behavior, activities, or other changing information, usually of people and often in a secret manner. The root of the word [French] means to "watch over."
어째서 정부가 국민들에게 “감시”라는 말을 하는 것일까? 감시라는 정의는 처신, 행동 또는 바꾸어진 변화정보, 일반적으로 사람들과 다른 비밀스런 몸가짐을 “모니터링”하는 것을 말한다.
In theory, the intent to streamline healthcare and to eliminate fraud via "health chip" seems right. But, to have world's lone superpower (America, for now) mandate (page 1006) a device to be IMPLANTED is not just scary. It is prophetic.

The prophetic implications of this bill doesn't stop with a mechanism by which you will be “chipped”. Section 163 of H.R. 3200 allows the government a direct, electronic access to your bank account, which will work in conjunction with an implanted chip.

What does this mean? It means that the government will give everybody a health ID card that contains a machine readable device(magnetic strip or RFID chip) similar to a credit card. Embedded in this chip or strip containing your Health Identification medical providers will be paid in real time. The portion that you owe will be deducted from your bank account, in real time, according to H.R. 3200.

Notice here, in this part which is at the beginning of the bill, it is carefully worded “which may include utilization of a machine-readable health plan beneficiary identity detection card”. Here we are told that it may be a card. As you have already seen, deeper in the Bill [Sec. 2521 page 1000] what this "may" utilize is clearly spelled out as a "class II device that is implantable". We can only speculate at this point why the bill is set up this way. Could be a means of disguising the true intentions of chipping all citizens or could be a means of starting with a card for the sake of expedience while the process of chipping citizenry plays out.

(a) REGISTRY.—(1) IN GENERAL.—.Section 519 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 360i) is amended—.(A) by redesignating subsection (g) as sub section (h); and (B) by inserting after subsection (f) the following: ‘‘National Medical Device Registry ‘‘(g)(1) The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of post market safety and outcomes data on each device that— ‘‘(A) is or has been used in or on a patient; and

NBC has already predicted that we will all have an RFID chip under skin by 2017.
As we look at the road ahead, the passage of this legislation [in whatever its final form takes] it will result in a process by which we will all be faced with the mandated and enforced beneath the skin RFID chip tied to our bank accounts. Its initial stage may start slowly by means of a healthcare card equipped with RFID technology or national emergencies may bring this rapidly to ahead. We must remember that it's real prophetic end is when this technology [an its means of enforcement] is used as a sign of worship of the leader of the world. The Antichrist! If we are seeing the beginning stages of this, then it must strike us how close to the Rapture we actually are.
